CHALLENGER THE EAGLE

When US American Resources, inc. (USAR, Inc.) was founded in 2004, we knew that we wanted our logo to be that of an eagle. I searched hundreds of photos and came across and picture of an eagle by a famous American photographer, Joseph Sohm http://www.visionsofamerica.com/

In the photograph Joseph had captured the beauty and majesty of our national bird

When I spoke with Joseph he gave me some surprising information about the bird he had photographed. It wasn't a wild eagle, but a captive one, and a very special one at that. His name was Challenger and he had been raised in captivity...
